Purchasing Firearms on the Internet

In accordance with current federal law, it is legal to purchase firearms over the internet provided the following steps are followed:

1.  The gun must be legal to own in your state of residence.

2. You must be 18 years old to purchase a long gun or 21 years old to purchase a handgun.

3.  All interstate firearms purchases must be made between federally licensed firearms dealers.  This means if you live outside of New Hampshire or Maine and wish to purchase a firearm from us it must be shipped to a licensed dealer in your state of residence.  That dealer will require you to fill out a Federal Form 4473 and pass federal and state background checks prior to transferring the firearm to you.  To find a federally licensed firearms dealer in your state, please visit either www.fflfinder.com/fflsearch.aspx, or www.fflgundealers.net.

4.  Keep in mind that the cost of transportation of your firearm plus the transfer fee that your local dealer charges as well as possible local state taxes will be above and beyond the sale price of the firearm when purchasing from us on-line.
